All payments are not refundable.     2) Pricing stated is subject to changes without prior notice. Upon confirmation with advance payment in full, the price will not be adjusted in the event of price adjustment.     3) Copyright of all images is assigned to Just Alan and may not be reproduced in any way without a written consent.     4) Just Alan reserves the right to use the images for promotional purposes without further approval. However, client may notify Just Alan in writing to withhold their images from public viewing.     5) Just Alan is not liable for print quality that is ordered through a provider not recommended by Just Alan.   | |
